In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase with the appropriate return of product you can obtain a refund or exchange of equal value. Appropriate refunds or exchanges can happen if the following occur only if the product returns in the same state it was sent to you within 72 hours. 

Please during reviewing your cart and order summary , there will be an option to "add note". Select and add a note indicating that you want your purchase mailed, delivered, or pickup with the location address. The address must be at least 30 minutes from central Orlando FL 32816 area in order to not be charged. Purchases with further locations will be charged $1.00 per mile prior to your complete receipt/invoice is sent to you. Incorrect addresses not corrected 4 hours prior to mail/delivery /pickup date will receive no refund or exchange of purchase. Late pick-ups of purchases of up to 30 minutes or more will receive no refund or exchange of purchase. Please expect purchase within 7-10 business days. 

Yoni steaming: Use 1 tea bag for each session simmer in 4–8 cups of water for 5–20 minutes, then pour into a heat-safe pot capable of holding your body weight or bowl big enough to placed in the toilet.
